Yeah, I agree, which is why the example tries to account for the user preferences via cookie, then headers, then as a last-ditch effort before using the default (which may be just as wrong as guessing based on location) we guess based on location. I don’t think it WOULD come to this, but it was one of the first examples I could think of. If you have a better one, I’d appreciate the contribution :)
